The questions we hear most often. Anything else, just ask.
Breakfast and dinner, Saudi coffee, tea, dates and soft drinks all day, a guided walk each morning or evening, the hammam and pools at the Oasis Spa, and transfers from AlUla International Airport. Balloon flights, Hegra tours, spa treatments, private cars and the valley's heritage fee are extra.
Visitors from more than sixty countries can apply online for a tourist eVisa, which usually arrives within a day. Your passport needs six months of validity. We are happy to check the rules for your nationality.
Yes. Children of all ages are welcome. The Family Pool Villa has a fenced pool and a room of twin beds, and children love the falconer, the farm and the night sky. Some hikes and rides have a minimum age, shown on each experience.
There is Wi-Fi in every suite and villa and across the resort, and mobile signal almost everywhere in the valley. Many guests choose to leave their phones in the safe, and we will not mind if you do too.
