Grand is a desert resort in Wadi Naseem, AlUla 43544, Saudi Arabia. We are the controller of the personal details you share with us. You can reach us at stay@example.com or on +966 00 000 0000.
Passport details, dates of birth and flight numbers, which Saudi regulations require us to record for every guest.
Dietary needs, allergies and medical notes you choose to share, so the kitchen and our naturalists can look after you.
We use your details to hold and confirm your booking, arrange transfers and experiences, prepare for your stay and reply to your messages. We share only what is needed with the authorities that register hotel guests in Saudi Arabia, the operators of experiences you book and, if you ask us to, a travel advisor acting for you.
With your permission we send our newsletter, four times a year. Every issue has a link to stop it. We keep booking records for seven years for tax purposes, and delete enquiries that never became a booking after two years.
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Live weather comes from Open-Meteo, requested by your browser without any personal details. The map on the contact page loads from OpenStreetMap.
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Write to stay@example.com and we will answer within a month.
