The session starts in the blue light before dawn and ends as the sun lifts over the mountains and warms the deck. The flow is slow and unhurried, built around breath and stretching, so it suits a first class as well as a daily practice.
Good to know
Mats, blocks and blankets are waiting on the deck. All levels.
Wear layers; mornings are cool from November to February.
Followed by a swim and breakfast at the oasis.
